You can call it a beast. With a very small and sleek form factor, what this Bluetooth speaker from JBL provides is awe-inspiring. It weighs just about 132 grams which means that you can carry this around along with you anywhere without much hassle. It comes in 8 different eye-catching colors.
Just like the Amazon Echo Dot, this one also sports a headphone jack to which you can connect almost any form of a device. It also has a lanyard loop that’ll allow you to attach a lanyard or a clip to protect it from falling off your hands.
Speaking of its internal functionalities, it doesn’t have artificial intelligence cause it is just focused on providing a good music experience. To do that, it has a powerful bass along with a full-bodied vocal which definitely makes you feel the music around you.

Philips has done a decent job with this one. The Philips BT50B Portable speaker looks like a cup as its first impression. Although, when you take a closer look, you realize that it’s actually a speaker. When I first got involved with this speaker, it looked as if it wouldn’t have good sound quality. Although, I was stunned after hearing its spectacular sound, with a perfect bass and clear vocals.
This one is also pretty much rugged as you can take it almost anywhere. You can connect to it using Bluetooth. Its battery lasts for about a day if you don’t use it continuously. Otherwise, it lasts for just 5-6 hours, which is pretty good for a speaker so compact.
It’s also available in some fun colors out which the white one is my favorite. The Philips BT50B Portable Speaker is available on Amazon for just Rs. 1,339. Although, I feel it is a bit overpriced when matched with its functions. But I do recommend it if you are a hardcore music fan and can’t live without having a compact Bluetooth speaker in your backpack at all times.

4. Premium Design wireless Bluetooth Rugby Speaker
This is the cheapest speaker in our list and costs just Rs. 389. Despite its cheaper costs, it is slightly better than the other speakers in this price range. It has a rigid design that feels good in the hands as it’s shaped like a rugby ball.
It connects to any device having Bluetooth pairing capabilities and can play music. Although, the sound quality is not what you’d expect. It is a bit rough and you can hear cracking in the sound over high beats. But this speaker has something more special than any other speaker in any other price range has. It has an HDMI output through which users can cast images, songs, and movies onto a TV.
It also doubles as a USB storage device. Alongside that, you can also add your memory card to listen to music just like on an iPod. This speaker is more like a music player. Now, I should warn you that, despite all its features, it’s going to wear out someday. Although the company that makes this provides a 1-year warranty. But, I’ve noticed mine getting all haywire just after two months.
